01Data controller
Basil Soluciones, based in Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data of Netamente users and of visitors of this website.
For any question about this policy or your personal data, write to contacto@basilsoluciones.com.
02Personal data we process
We process the following categories of data, which you provide directly or which are generated when you use the service:
- Identity and contact: name and email address of each user and of the people you invite to your organization.
- Sign-in: your password, stored only as a one-way hash (nobody can read it), or, if you sign in with Google, the data described in "Google user data".
- Organization data: trade name, legal name, tax ID (RFC, CUIT, NIT or RUT), time zone, currency, language and your sign-up answers (industry, sales stage and goals).
- Security: IP address and browser of each session.
- Payments: plan, subscription status and billing history. Card details are captured and stored directly by Stripe or Mercado Pago.
- Mercado Libre connection: your seller account ID and nickname, your reputation and the access credentials Mercado Libre grants when you authorize the connection.
- Content of your operation: listings, import and export files, images, reply templates, automations and notifications.
03Google user data
This section explains how Netamente accesses, uses, stores, shares, protects, retains and deletes Google user data when you sign up or sign in with your Google account.
- Data we access: with your permission, Google shares your name, your email address and whether it is verified, your Google account ID and your profile picture URL. We only request the basic identity scopes (openid, email and profile); we do not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other data or service of your Google account.
- How we use it: only to create your Netamente account, identify you each time you sign in and show your name inside the app. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence models.
- How we store it: we keep your name, email address, Google account ID and profile picture URL in your account record, in our database hosted on Railway. The access tokens Google issues are used once to read your profile and are not stored.
- Who we share it with: nobody. We do not sell, rent or transfer Google user data to third parties. Railway, our infrastructure provider, only hosts it on our behalf, and we would only disclose it if required by law or by a competent authority.
- How we protect it: it is always transmitted encrypted (HTTPS/TLS); database access is restricted to Netamente services and authorized staff; each organization's data is isolated at the database level, and inside the app each user only sees what their role allows.
- Retention and deletion: we keep this data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account or your Google data by writing to contacto@basilsoluciones.com; we delete it within 30 days, except for anything the law requires us to keep. You can also revoke Netamente's access at any time from your Google account permissions.
Netamente's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
04Your buyers' data
When you connect your store, Netamente syncs sales information from Mercado Libre that may include personal data of your buyers: their Mercado Libre ID and nickname, the details of their orders and shipments, their questions and post-sale messages.
For that data you, as the seller, are the controller towards your buyers, and Basil Soluciones acts as a processor: it processes it only on your behalf and to provide the service, does not use it for its own purposes and does not share it with third parties other than those described in this policy.
05Sensitive data and minors
Netamente does not request or process sensitive personal data.
The service is intended for adults acting for business or professional purposes. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
06Why we use your data
We use your data for these purposes, all of them necessary to provide the service:
- Create and manage your account, your organization, its businesses and each user's permissions.
- Connect and operate your Mercado Libre stores on your instructions: sync listings, orders, shipments, questions, messages, claims and reputation, and carry out the actions you take in the dashboard.
- Process the free trial, charges and billing of your subscription.
- Protect your account and the service: authentication, session control and prevention of unauthorized access.
- Handle your support requests and send you in-app service notices.
Netamente does not use your data for any other purpose, such as advertising, marketing or commercial profiling. If we ever wanted to, we would update this policy and give you a way to opt out before starting.
07Providers we share data with
To provide the service we share data with these providers, which process it on our behalf or to complete the operation you request:
- Railway: cloud infrastructure that hosts the application and its databases.
- Stripe and Mercado Pago: processing of payments with the method you choose.
- Mercado Libre: carrying out in your account the actions you take in Netamente.
- Google: only if you choose to sign in with your Google account (see "Google user data"). The site font is loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address.
We do not sell your personal data. Apart from these providers, we only disclose it when required by law or by a competent authority.
08International transfers
Some of these providers, such as Railway, Stripe and Google, may store or process data outside Mexico, mainly in the United States. They do so only to provide the service described here and under their own confidentiality and security obligations.
09Your consent
By creating an account or continuing to use Netamente after reading this policy, you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes described. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the procedure in the next section; if you do, we may no longer be able to provide the service.
10Your rights (access, rectification, cancellation, objection)
You have the right to access your data, correct it if it is inaccurate, have it deleted when you consider it is no longer needed for the purposes in this policy, and object to its processing, as well as to withdraw your consent.
To exercise them, send a request to contacto@basilsoluciones.com including:
- Your name and the email or channel where you want to receive the answer.
- A document proving your identity or, if you act for someone else, that of their representative and the document that authorizes it.
- A clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise (for a correction, the correct data).
- Anything that helps us find your data, such as the organization your account belongs to.
We will answer within 20 business days of receiving your request and, if applicable, carry it out within the following 15 business days.
If you manage your organization, you can also correct its data in Organization › General and manage who has access in Organization › Members.
11How to limit the use of your data
You can ask us to limit the use or disclosure of your data by writing to contacto@basilsoluciones.com.
You can disconnect a store from Channels at any time: Netamente asks Mercado Libre to revoke the authorization and deletes its credentials. You can also revoke Netamente's access from your Mercado Libre account settings.
12How long we keep your data
We keep your account and organization data, including the record of signed-in sessions, while your account is active. In addition:
- The event log that feeds the dashboard indicators is deleted after 90 days.
- Mercado Libre credentials are deleted when you disconnect the store.
- Password reset links expire after 2 hours and invitations after 7 days.
When you cancel your subscription you can ask for your organization's data to be deleted. We will only keep payment and billing information for the period required by tax law, and delete it afterwards.
13How we protect your data
We apply administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data, including:
- All communication with Netamente is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Each organization's data is isolated from other organizations at the database level.
- Mercado Libre credentials are stored encrypted (AES-256) and passwords as one-way hashes.
- Each user only accesses what their role allows.
- Session credentials last one hour and change on every renewal; after 30 days without using Netamente you need to sign in again.
16Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or the law. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date and, if the change is significant (for example, a new purpose or a new provider), we will notify you in the app before it takes effect.
If we change how we use Google user data, we will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent again.
